As these products are dated food items all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns. Products are guaranteed to have 30 days shelf life.
In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged please contact us within 7 days of delivery for replacement. To make sure that you are satisfied with the product you receive please inspect the contents as soon as your order arrives.
Home Care Nutrition is not responsible for damage or loss as a result of shipments being returned to the our warehouse location or being undeliverable as a result of incorrect address information provided, a package refused by recipient, or for inability of a recipient to receive the package on the day it is scheduled to be delivered. If your order is returned to us because of an incorrect address provided by you or if the delivery is refused by you, because of its perishability, we must dispose of the contents and you will not be refunded.
